I see therapy as a place to slow down, tune in, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’m curious about how our emotions, stories, and relationships shape how we experience ourselves and the people around us. I view things systemically, meaning I consider how family, community, and environment all play a part in the patterns we carry and the ways we connect. In my work, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I believe therapy is an opportunity to rediscover our strengths and create new patterns that bring more connection and balance into our lives .I’m grateful to be a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at ANCHOR Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting children, families, and individuals as they move through life’s challenges and changes. I am committed to approaching each session with authenticity, curiosity, and kindness, continually learning and growing as both a therapist and a person.
I was born and raised in Southern California and grew up as the middle child with two brothers. After graduating from the University of San Diego, I moved to Denver, Colorado, to be closer to the mountains and finally experience all four seasons! During my first two years in Colorado, I worked for Aurora Public Schools, supporting children with emotional and learning differences, which really strengthened my passion for supporting kids and families.
I’m now completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University. Outside of therapy, I love traveling, hiking, doing yoga, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
